摘　　要：为提高大学生体质健康水平,指导大学生进行科学的体育锻炼,设计针对大学生体质特点健身运动处方系统,提高大学生健身的科学性、安全性和有效性,同时也提高大学生体质测试和评价工作的效率。In order to improve the college students＇ physique health standard,guide college students in scientific physical training,design for college students physique characteristics of fitness exercise prescription system,improve students＇ fitness science,safety and effectiveness,but also improve the students＇ physique test and evaluation work efficiency.
