中药联合高压氧治疗围绝经期高血压症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究中药联合高压氧治疗围绝经期高血压症患者的临床效果。方法选择92例围绝经期高血压症患者随机分成两组。治疗组46例予自拟更健汤口服,并联合高压氧治疗。对照组46例予美托洛尔、谷维素口服。疗程均为3个月。观察两组治疗效果。结果血压情况,治疗组显效率39.2%,总有效率89.2%;对照组显效率21.8%,总有效率69.6%。临床症状,治疗组显效率43.6%,总有效率93.5%;对照组显效率20.0%,总有效率63.5%,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟更健汤联合高压氧治疗围绝经期高血压症疗效肯定,效果优于服用美托洛尔和谷维素组。Objective To study the clinical effects of Chinese medicine and hyperbaric oxygenation therapy for hypertension in perimenopausal period.Methods Total 92 patients with hypertension in perimenopausal period were randomly divided into two groups：Treatment group（n=46） administrated Chinese medicine（Gengjian decotion） and hyperbaric oxygenation therapy,and control group（n=46）treated with metoprolol tartrate tables,oryzanol tablets.After treatment for 3 months,the therapeutic effect was studied.Results The effective rate of high blood pressure in treatment group was 39.2%,the total effective rate was 89.2%,and that in control group was 21.8% and 69.6%,respectively.The effective rate of clinical symptoms was 43.6%,the total effective rate was 93.5% in treatment group,and that in control group was 20.0%,and 63.5%,respectively（P0.05）.Conclusion The efficacy of Chinese medicine and hyperbaric oxygenation therapy for hypertension perimenopausal period were safe and effective.
