700例周围性面瘫患者中医体质分布特点

摘　　要：目的调查周围性面瘫患者中医体质分布特点及各体质分组痊愈患者疗程分析。方法 700例周围性面瘫患者采用中医体质问卷进行中医体质调查,并按照王琦分型法分析诊断体质。结果周围性面瘫患者中医体质类型出现的频率依次为平和质(28.8%)>气虚质(22.6%)>阴虚质(15.6%)>痰湿质(13.1%)>气郁质(8.0%)>阳虚质(7.3%)>湿热质(3.0%)>瘀血质(1.1%)>特禀质(0.7%);并对前4组体质痊愈患者疗程进行比较:痰湿质>气虚质>阴虚质>平和质。结论周围性面瘫与中医体质类型存在一定的相关性。周围性面瘫患者体质类型多见于平和质、气虚质、阴虚质和痰湿质。让周围性面瘫患者了解自己的体质,结合体质给予适当的饮食、药物、锻炼等调理来配合针灸治疗,会达到事半功倍的效果;针灸治疗周围性面瘫,在常规针灸治疗的基础上,结合辨体质论治,通过调整体质,来达到缩短疗程,提高疗效的目的;临床医师能在患者就诊时结合体质给予其疗程和预后的评估,让患者了解自己的病情,调整心态,以利于疾病的康复。Objective To study the distribution characteristics of peripheral facial paralysis by traditional Chinese medicine.Methods The constitution of 700 patients with peripheral facial paralysis were studied by questionnaire survey according to the classification method to analyze the diagnosis.Results The occurrence of constitution types in Chinese medicine were normal constitution（28.8%）,qi-deficiency constitution（22.6%）,yin-deficiency constitution（15.6%）,phlegm-damp constitution（13.1%）,qi-stagnation constitution（8.0%）,yang-deficiency constitution（7.3%）,damp-heat constitution（3.0%）,blood-stasis constitution（1.1%）,special diathesis constitution（0.7%） in sequence.And the physical recovery treatment in first four groups of patient were compared：Phlegm-damp constitutionqi-deficiency constitutionyin-deficiency constitutionnormal constitution.Conclusion There was certain correlation between peripheral facial paralysis and the constitution types of Chinese medicine.The main constitutional types of Chinese medicine in patients with peripheral facial paralysis were normal constitution,qi-deficiency constitution,yin-deficiency constitution and phlegm-damp constitution.
