摘　　要：根据医药生物产业发展需求,探索"订单式"医药生物技术人才培养。在广泛调研基础上明确人才培养目标,紧贴市场对人才的知识、素质、能力的需求,完善人才培养方案、优化课程体系、创新人才培养模式,用人单位参与,强化实践,重视应用,突出特色,提高质量,更好地为社会发展与经济建设做贡献。According to the development needs of the pharmaceutical and biotech industry,this paper explore＂order-type＂ phar maceutical biotechnology talents training . Clear the talents training objectives on the basis of extensive research, close to the needs of talents knowledge, quality, ability, requirements for the market, we should improve the talents training scheme, optimi zing curriculum system,innovating the mode of talents training,the employers participate in,strengthen practice, attach importance to application,prominent characteristics,improve quality,and make a better contributions for social development and eco nomic construction.
