摘 要:应用模态测试技术,对某开发轿车车门进行了动态特性研究.对比车门理论模态和试验模态的固有频率和振型,综合考虑整车激励频率及车门和自车身共振可能性,对车门的动态性能进行优化,使车门的各阶固有频率值均较好地避开了整车激励频率和自车身固有频率.对研究车门结构的振动与噪声具有实用价值.The dynamic characteristics of a developed vehicle (car) door were researched by modal test. The natural frequency and vibration modes between the theoretical and experimental modes were compared. The dynamic characteristics of the vehicle door were optimized with respect to the vehicle's excitation frequency and the resonance possibility of the vehicle door and body. The different order natural frequencies of the vehicle door were dissimilar from the vehicle excitation frequency and natural frequency. The analysis is of practical significance to the vibration and noise control of the vehicle door.
