摘　　要：在校内开展个人图书互借对扩大图书馆图书流通量有巨大作用,也是对当前时兴的图书漂流和馆际互借的一种补充和延伸.提出了基于MELINETS的个人图书互借平台构建方法,一方面通过制定规则实现互借图书同馆藏图书同等管理,另一方面在技术上通过建立网站采集出借图书数据并纳入馆藏数据库,实现同馆藏图书同等借阅.Personal library interloan, which is of great significance for the expansion of library book circulation on campus, is the supplement and extension of latest book crossing and inter-library loan. This paper proposes the construction of the platform of personal library interloan based on MELINETS, aiming to realize the same management of interloan books and library collections through rulemaking, and give technical solution to the integration of interloan books circulation data, collected by building a website, and the library database, so as to realize the synchro circulation of personal library interloan and library collections.
