从思想政治教育的困境看高校教师的自身修养

摘　　要：大学生思想政治教育工作较过去有重大进展,但仍有一些误区有待走出。目前,必须改变大学生思想政治教育单纯依靠辅导员和思想政治理论课教师,单纯依靠意识形态灌输和课堂教育的畸形状态,由原来的"显性教育"深入到"隐性教育"中去,重视思想政治理论课教师和全体高校教师的知识素养、道德修养、人格涵养等因素对大学生思想政治教育的潜移默化作用。结合我国传统文化关于修身养性的训示,高校教师应从正心、修身、齐家、治国、平天下等方面内强素质、外树形象,以强大的自身感召力,在"润物细无声"中实现大学生思想的良性"转轨"和"升级"。Ideological and political education of college students made a big progress than before. Nowadays, we should change these students＇dependent mentality for teachers, and can＇t depend on thought infusing andclassroomteaching. We should change dominanceteachinginto subconscious education, and pay more attention to self-culture of college teachers including knowledge, moral and quality. Combined with our traditional culture education, college teachers should correct mind, selfcultureetcinordertopromotecollegestudents＂ thought.
