摘 要:汽轮机末级排汽湿度测量技术的研究与应用越来越受重视,研究设计了两种基于加热法的缸内在线测量汽轮机排汽湿度装置,分析了湿度测量的原理和能量损失,分析了湿度测量的误差。对于第一种改进方案所示的测量装置,计算过程比较复杂,要通过反复的叠加计算,耗时较多,但是计算结果更加接近实际值。对于第二种改进方案所示的测量装置,为保证蒸汽稳定流动,装置前后的压差的数值采用数值模拟的数据,计算中误差比较大,但其优点在于测量装置简单,容易操作,易于控制。The research and application of turbine exhaust humidity measurement technology is becoming more and more important, We designed two methods based on the heating cylinder online measurement of Turbine Exhaust steam humidity devices, analysed the principle for humidity measurement and the energy loss and error of humidity measurement. For the measurement device shown in the first improvement program, the calculation process with repeated superposition calculation, is more complicated and more time-consuming, but the calculation results are closer to the actual value. For the measuring device shows in the second improvement program, in order to keep the steam flow steady, the values of the pressure difference before and after the device are chosen from the data in n merical simulation, the calculation error is bigger, but its advantage is that the measuring device is simple, easy to operate and control.
