摘　　要：选题策划是学报出版工作的核心,要重视选题策划。选题策划要遵循时代性原则、学术性原则、针对性原则、前瞻性原则、差异性原则。选题策划可采取如下思路:自身强项策划选题;学校优质教学科研资源策划选题;校内人才资源策划选题;研究生论文以及校友论文选题策划。选题策划要运用适当的形式和方式。Planning of the topic selection, as the core of the journal publication, shall be valued by the editors. This job shall follow the principles of the times, the academia, the target, the foresight, and the disparity, which can be planned according to the following ideas： the strengths of one＇s own; the excellent teaching and scientific research resources of the university; the inside personnel resource; the postgraduates＇ theses as well as the schoolfellows＇ papers. Therefore, the planning of the topic selection shall be done with proper forms and methods.
