院前急救中创伤急救护理的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨针对创伤患者的院前急救护理措施。方法对我院急诊室于2010年2月至2011年11月收治的116例严重创伤患者的院前急救状况以及对应的护理措施进行回顾性分析。结果即时恰当的护理提高了院前急救创伤患者的存活率。结论高水平的急救护理队伍以及正确的急救护理方法可以提高患者院前急救的存活率。Objective To investigate the nursing strategy of pre-hospital care for severe trauma.Methods Retrospective analysis of pre-hospital care conditions and nursing measurements for the 116 patients in the emergency center of our hospital from February 2010 to November 2011.Results Appropriate pre-hospital care and nursing strategy promoted the survival of patients with severe trauma.Conclusion The professional first-aid team and appropriate nursing strategy can promote survival of pre-hospital care.
