摘　　要：女性是社会的半边天,女职工是企业的一份子,女职工素质的高低,直接决定一个企业的兴亡成败。企业唯有尽一切可能,为女职工的成长、成才创造条件,提供舞台,同时鼓励女职工自我管理、自我加压,才能提高女职工的素质。Female hold half of the sky and female employees is a part of enterprise.The quality of female employees will decide the future of a enterprise directly.In order to develop the quality of female employees,enterprise could only try everything they can to build a stage for female employees to develop themselves.And enterprises should encourage them to manage and pressure themselves.
