摘　　要：土坝护坡因冻害破坏数量多、损失巨大 ,文中根据黑龙江省绥分地区大中型水库多年冰压力和坝体冻胀的观测资料 ,分析了水库的冰情规律 ,对土坝护坡冻害原因进行了深入研究 ,得出土坝护坡冻害的主要因素并非是静冰压力 ,而是坝体冻胀破坏 ,并提出了土坝护坡防冻害的措施。Earth dam slope protection works suffered from frost damage are to much and its losses is heavy. According to ice pressure and dam frost heave observations of many years from large and middle reservoirs in the Suihua region of Heilongjiang Province, the author analyses the law of ice regime, and makes a through study on the of arising frost damage. The paper considers the primary factor engendered frost damage is the dam frost heave, but is not the static ice pressure, and puts forward preventive measures for earth dam slope protection. [
