摘　　要：目的通过对本实验室不同血细胞分析仪的测定结果进行比对,探讨不同类型血细胞分析仪检测结果间的可比性。方法以一台性能较好的血细胞分析仪作为参考比对仪器,用新鲜全血进行同一实验室内多台血细胞分析仪的比对试验,检测结果参照Sysmex公司的仪器说明书提供的标准作为各参数的允许范围进行评估。结果比对仪器与标准仪器的相关系数r>0.95,具有良好的相关性。测试仪器检测结果均在偏差允许范围内,检测结果准确性、一致性良好。结论临床实验室应定期进行比对试验,以保证不同仪器上的检测结果具有可比性。Objective To investigate the comparability between different hematology analyzers in our laboratory through comparative tests.Methods One hematology analyzer with best performance was chosen as standard analyzer.Fresh anti-coagulant blood was detected by different hematology analyzers through comparative tests,and the test results were evaluated with the references provided by Sysmex company.Results The data from comparative analyzer and the standard analyzer showed excellent correlation,all coefficients of correlation exceeded 0.95.And all results were within the permitted ranges,demonstrating good accuracy and consistency.Conclusion Regular comparative tests are essential for clinical laboratory to ensure the comparability between different hematology analyzers.
