摘 要:对6×19S+FC右同向捻及右交互捻钢丝绳绳丝分别进行了静态实验,得到它们的拉伸、弯折及扭转实验数据;对这些数据进行统计分析,分别得到它们的均值与方差,从实验层面探讨捻制方式对钢丝绳绳丝力学性能的影响。另外利用Solidworks软件建立了绳丝计算模型,利用ANSYS软件分析了钢丝绳中绳丝的受力和变形情况,从数值模拟层面探讨钢丝绳捻制方式对绳丝力学性能的影响。研究表明,对于钢丝绳绳丝力学性能而言,右交互捻优于右同向捻。The mechanical properties of the side wires have been investigated.By the static experiment of the wire of the right lang lay and the right regular lay 6×19S + FC wire rope,the stretch,bend and torsion data of wires were obtained,and the mean and variance of these data are obtained by legitimately mathematical statistical analysis of these data,and then the influences of the lay ways on wires mechanical properties were investigated.In addition,the models of these wires were established by Solidworks soft-ware.The wire stress and deformation were analyzed by ANSYS soft-ware.The influences of the lay ways on wires mechanical properties were investigated.Finally,the analysis shows that the right regular lay is better than the right lang lay in wire mechanical properties.
