摘　　要：谘议局是清末新政中的一个重要组成部分。谘议局的议员由选举产生。这相对于此前的君主专制制度而言,无疑是中国政治制度的一大进步。江西谘议局是在清政府一再催促并规定了最后期限后,才匆匆行动的。在当时特定的历史背景下,江西谘议局议员的选举比较公平,议员在谘议局的运作中担任了重要的角色。考察江西谘议局议员选举的情况及其年龄和出身背景,有利于我们更直观地了解江西谘议局的成立和以后的论政和发展方向,以及评价其在中国社会政治发展中的地位和影响。The Conference Board is an important component in late Qing＇ s New Deal. Members of the Board had to be elected. And this was no doubt a great progress in China＇ s political system compared with previous autocratic monarchy. Jiangxi Conference Board took hurried action under Qing Government＇ s urge and regulation of expiration. In the specific historical background, the elections of Jiangxi Conference Board were comparatively fair, the representatives played vital roles in the operations. Making an investigation of the elections of Representatives in Jiangxi Parliament provided us with an intuitive understanding of its foundation and development, so that we can judge its position and influence in China＇ s political development.
