电针配合康复训练治疗动眼神经麻痹的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察电针配合康复训练治疗动眼神经麻痹患者的临床疗效。方法将72例患者随机分为3组,分别为电针组24例、康复组23例、电针加康复组25例。每周5次,30次后做康复评定。结果电针组与康复组总有效率分别是83.3%、52.17%,电针加康复组疗程明显缩短,总有效率为96.0%,3组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),提示电针加康复组疗效明显优于电针组及康复组。结论电针配合康复训练更有利于动眼神经麻痹的恢复。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of electro-acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on oculomotor nerver palsy.Methods 72 patients were randomly divided into 3 groups： 24 patients in group A were treated with electro-acupuncture,23 in group B with rehabilitation therapy and 25 in group C with electro-acupuncture combined with rehabilitation treatment,5 times a week.Assessment was conducted after 30 times.Results The total effective rate in group A and B were 83.3% and 52.17% respectively,the treatment courses in group C were significantly reduced and total effective rate was 96%.The differences between 3 groups were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Electro-acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training is more conducive to the recovery of oculomotor nerve palsy.
