晚期妊娠行剖宫产术加肌瘤剔除术的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨合并子宫肌瘤的妊娠晚期患者行剖宫产术加肌瘤剔除术的应用指征及临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院收治的30例合并子宫肌瘤的妊娠晚期患者的临床资料,均具有产科剖腹指征,施行了剖宫产术同时行肌瘤剔除术。结果 30例患者,手术均获成功,手术失血量和手术时间没有显著增加,无术后出血、感染等严重并发症发生。结论具有手术指征的合并子宫肌瘤的妊娠晚期患者行剖宫产术加肌瘤剔除术没有增加手术风险,具有可行性。Objective To investigate the indications and clinical applications of cesarean section plus myomectomy in patients in late pregnancy with uterine fibroids.Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data of 30 cases in late pregnancy with uterine fibroids in our hospital,all of them with obstetric indications for caesarean section,they were implemented of a cesarean section and myomectomy.Results The operations were successful,surgical blood loss and operative time did not increase significantly,no postoperative bleeding,infection and other serious complications.Conclusion The patients in late pregnancy with uterine fibroids had indications for surgery,they were implemented of a cesarean section and myomectomy.It did not increase the risk of surgery,It was feasible.
