摘　　要：为精确考核医院医疗服务供给的技术效率 ,采用随机前沿成本模型 ,对某区域内 2 2所医院进行医院医疗服务供给技术效率的对比研究 ,结果显示平均低效率损失为 2 7 45 % ,郊县医院低效率情况严重 ,说明医院经营管理水平较低 。To accurately assess the technical efficiency of medical service supply of hospitals, the researchers, using the stochastic frontier cost model, conducted contrast studies of the technical efficiency of medical service supply of 22 hospitals in a certain region. It was found that the mean inefficiency loss was 27.45% and the phenomenon of low efficiency was the worst in suburban and county hospitals. This shows that the management level of hospitals is low and inconsistent with their scale and supply capability.
