摘 要:本实验以Wistar大鼠为研究对象,对大鼠红细胞CAT(过氧化氢酶)活性,全血GSH-Px(谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶)活性,血浆LPO(过氧化脂质)进行测定。观察上述指标的随龄变化,甘草对老年大鼠体内上述指标的影响。结果表明,大鼠体内的抗氧化酶CAT、GSH-Px活性在其成长阶段随龄上升(P<0.01),在衰老阶段随龄下降(P<0.01)。自由基代谢产物LPO含量在血浆中随龄增加(P<0.01)甘草水前剂能提高老年大鼠全血CAT、GSH-Px活性(P<0.01),降低血浆LPO含量(P<0.01)。不同用药时间(15,30,45d)对上述指标的动态变化无明显影响(P<0.05),提示甘草具有抗衰老作用。In order to dertermine the effect of liquorice on senile rat,the activitles of CAT GSH-Px of btaln tissue and LPO level in plasma were measured aller adminstration of liquorice decoctum in different time (15, 30, 45days).The result showed that the activities of CAT GSH-Px were increased during senile phase (P<0.01). As a product of met-abolism of free rodical. LPO level in plasma was increased with aging (P<0.01). The liquorice decoctum raised the activity of CAT GSH-Px (P<0.01) and reduced LPO level in brain tissue (P<0.01). There was no significant defference among different time group giving liquorice.The result suggested that lower antioxidation and higher lipid peroxidation were important cause for senility The liquorice had an thect on senile rat by raising the activity of antioxide (CAT GSH-Px) and dropping LPO level, indicating that liquorice had effect on antisenium, its further study and development had a important value.
