白茅根对小鼠细胞免疫功能影响

摘　　要：目的：本实验以正常小鼠及氢化可的松所致免疫功能低下模型小鼠为对照，观察白茅根水煎剂对正常小鼠及免疫功能低下小鼠细胞免疫功能影响。结果：白茅很可提高正常及免疫功能低下小鼠外周血淋巴细胞（LC）非特异性酯酶染色（ANAEC）阳性细胞百分率．对TLC亚群细胞有一定影响：提高DC4+TLC百分率，提高CD4+／DD8+比值，降低CD8+TLC百分率。结论：白茅根可增强小鼠细胞免疫功能。To observe the change of cellular immunity in normal mice and the immunodeficiency groups. It is fund that Imperata cylindrica decoctom (ICD) could significantly raise the percentage of ANAn-positive cells and of the CD4+ T lymphocyte subsets as well as the CD4+/CD8+ ratio, and decrease the percentage of the CD8+ T lymphocyte subsets. These results indicated that ICD could rema rkedly enhance cellular immunity in mice.
