深圳市一级综合医院口腔科院感管理状况比较研究

摘　　要：目的分析深圳市一级综合医院口腔科院感防控管理的改善情况。方法 2010年和2011年分别对深圳市45家一级综合医院口腔科进行医院感染管理调查。结果受查科室院感控制问题数量由2010年的471例下降至2011年的331例,设置与配备不足、诊疗全程防交叉感染操作不规范、器械清洗消毒不合格以及管理监控方面缺陷等现象有减少,但个别院感隐患问题在个别科室仍比较突出。结论 2011年深圳市的一级综合医院口腔科的医院感染控制情况有改善,但医护人员仍需加强防控力度。Objective To investigate the improvement of management status of nosocomial infection（NI） in the department of stomatology of primary general hospitals in Shenzhen China.Methods Stomatology departments of 45 primary general hospitals in Shenzhen were investigated on the management status of NI at the end of 2010 and 2011,respectively.Results Total number of deficiencies of NI management decreased from 471（2010） to 331（2011）.Rectification on many issues,such as inadequacy and improper distribution of facilities,serious compound infections during treatment,inappropriate cleaning and sterilization of instruments,and lack of supervision and regulation,were found.However,infection risks were prominent in some subjects.Conclusion An improvement on NI management was indicated in departments of stomatology of primary general hospitals in Shenzhen in 2011.Nevertheless,further efforts are reruired for the control of NI.
