摘　　要：丁酸钠具有提高动物生产性能，调节胃肠道微生态平衡，提高机体免疫力等广泛的生理功能，并作为一种绿色有效的饲料添加剂，被逐步应用于动物生产中，且日益受到养殖业者的青睐和饲料工业界的广泛关注。本文就丁酸钠的理化性质、吸收代谢、生物学功能及其近两年在畜禽和水产动物营养上的最新应用研究作一综述。Sodium butyrate has a wide range of physiological function such as improving ani- mal performance, regulating gastrointestinal microeeology, improving organism immunity and so on. As a green effective feed additive, sodium butyrate was used in animal production, and in- creasingly gets the favour of people and feed industry attention. In this paper, physical and chem- ical properties of sodium butyrate, absorption, metabolism, biological functions and the latest ap- plication in livestock and aquatic animal nutrition were summarized.
