香港媒体与司法之间的关系论析

摘　　要：香港极为重视新闻自由,媒体触觉深广。香港媒体在报道与限制报道,满足公众的知情欲、知情权与维护案件当事人的合法权利与公正受审权之间,始终存在矛盾与冲突。香港是一个司法独立、新闻自由的社会,媒体的表达自由权与司法独立审判权受到法律的同等保护。As Hong Kong attaches great importance to the freedom of the press,Hong Kong＇s media has made their way to every corner of the society.There have always been contradictions and conflicts between reporting and restricting report,between satisfying the public＇s right of knowing the truth and protecting the legal rights and just treatment of the parties involved in legal cases on the side of Hong Kong media.Hong Kong is a society of independent judicial system and free press,and the media＇s rights of free expression and the independent judiciary jurisdiction are equally protected by law.
