摘　　要：主要从包边工艺、包边类型以及试制包边的特殊要求展开论述,以包边工艺要求及其他几种包边形式的优缺点为出发点,优化了目前试制阶段的包边模,得到了一种优化的包边模结构。通过实际运用,优化后的包边模极大地提升了包边质量,克服了产品的表面形状缺陷和边缘缺陷。The hemming craftwork,types and the special requirement of hemming is expatiated.From the hemming craftwork requirement and the advantage and disadvantage of other hemming forms,the hemming modular at present is optimized.Through the practical application,the hemming quality is improved by the optimized hemming modular,and the defects of surface shape and edge are overcome.
