贫困大学生心理资本及其后果变量的研究

摘　　要：心理资本是个体在成长和发展过程中表现出来的一种积极心理状态。基于此,以121名贫困大学生为被试,探讨心理资本与心理健康和主观幸福感之间的关系。结果表明:心理资本与心理健康和主观幸福感都存在显著的正相关;心理健康在心理资本与主观幸福感之间具有部分中介作用。说明贫困大学生的心理资本会影响他们对大学生活的感知和对未来的展望。Psychological capital is a positive mental state in the process of individual growth and development.A total of 121 impoverished college students are surveyed in the study to explore the relationships among psychological capital,mental health and subjective well-being of impoverished college students.The results show that psychological capital has significantly positive correlation on mental health and subjective well-being with mental health as mediator which explains the effect of impoverished college students＇ psychological capital on their perception of college life and anticipation of the future.
