肾气丸对2型糖尿病模型大鼠血糖、血清胰岛素及C肽的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨金匮肾气丸对2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗大鼠血糖(FBG)、血清胰岛素(FINS)及C肽(C-P)的影响。方法:40只SD大鼠采用高脂高糖饲料喂养3周,小剂量链脲佐菌素(STZ)腹腔注射诱导2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗大鼠,随机分为模型组、二甲双胍组、肾气丸高剂量组、肾气丸低剂量组。另设正常组10只,饲以普通饲料。给药6周后处死大鼠,末次给药后禁食12h,检测FBG、FINS及C-P。结果:与正常组比较,模型组FBG、FINS水平明显增高(P<0.01);肾气丸能降低模型大鼠空腹FBG、FINS水平(P<0.05,P<0.01),提高血清C-P含量(P<0.05),并存在量效关系。结论:金匮肾气丸治疗糖尿病的机理可能与其具有改善胰岛β细胞的功能有关。Objective：To study the effects of Jinkui Shenqi Pill on blood-glucose,serum insulin and C-peptide in rats with experimental type II diabetes.Methods： 40 SD rats were randomly divided into control group,metformin group,Shenqi Pill high dose group,Shenqi Pill low doses group after using high fat and sugar for 3 weeks and small dose Streptozotocin（STZ intraperitoneal injection） induced type Ⅱ diabetes rats with insulin resistance.A normal group of 10 with ordinary feeding.The rats were killed in the 6th week,blood-glucose,serum insul and C-peptide were detected.Results： Compared with normal group,control group had a significant higher level of blood-glucose and serum insulin（P〈0.01）;Jinkui Shenqi pill could reduce the level of blood-glucose and sevum insulin in rat control group（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）,and could improve the serum C-P content（P〈0.05）,and there was a quantity-efficiency relation.Conclusion： The mechanism of Jinkui Shenqi Pill in the treatment of diabetes probably has a relationship with its function of improving the beta cell.
