摘  要:目的:对杜仲指纹图谱进行成分归属研究,为科学评价和有效控制其质量提供依据。方法:在相同的色谱条件下,以保留时间相近为原则,用对照品比对确认杜仲指纹图谱中的化学成分;采用HPLC-TOF/MS技术,通过负离子模式检测获得化合物精确分子量,结合化学成分数据库信息推测指纹图谱中的化学成分。结果:通过对照品比对确认了10个成分,利用HPLC-TOF/MS推测了14个成分。结论:该研究比较全面地阐明了杜仲的化学组成,使指纹图谱的特征性更强,为杜仲的鉴别与质量评定奠定了基础。Objective: Research was performed on HPLC fingerprint to identify compounds in Cortex Eucommiae.Method: In the same chromatographic condition,the chemical compounds in Cortex Eucommiae were identified by comparing with reference substances in similar retention time.The chemical compounds were concluded by chemical compounds database and the accurate mass which was obtained by HPLC-TOF/MS in negative ion modes.Results: Ten components were identified by comparing with reference substances and fourteen were concluded by HPLC-TOF/MS.Conclusion: This study gives more details of chemical constituents of Cortex Eucommiae,which makes fingerprint more characteristic.HPLC-TOF/MS technique can be used in quality control of Cortex Eucommiae.
