复明饮对青光眼术后视神经保护作用的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察复明饮治疗青光眼术后视神经损害的临床疗效。方法:将青光眼小梁切除术术后病人采用单盲,随机对照的研究方法分为2个治疗组,分别采用复明饮,甲钴胺进行治疗。通过治疗前后病人在血压、脉搏、视力、眼压、视野、视觉电生理等方面进行比较。结果:两治疗组具有稳定病人视力、眼压的作用;复明饮治疗组可以改善病人的视野、增强视网膜电活动、改善视神经传导能力;对血压、脉搏无不良影响。结论:复明饮对青光眼小梁切除术后病人的视神经损伤具有修复、保护作用。Objective：To observe the effect of Fuming decoction on impaired optic nerve of primary angle closure glaucoma（PACG）after operation. Methods：Patients with PACG were enrolled in this study.They were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group.The two groups were compared in many aspects,such as blood pressure,pulse,eyesight,intraocular pressure,the field of vision,ERG.Result： The patients＇ blood pressure and pulse were not affected in traditional Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group;the patients＇ eyesight and intraocular pressure were controlled within normal level both in traditional Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group.The results of patients＇ eyesight and PERG were better in Chinese medicine group.Conclusion： Fuming decoction is obviously protect impaired optic nerve of primary angle closure glaucoma（PACG） after operation..
