摘  要:NAC基因家族是最大的植物特有的转录因子家族之一,因在植物发育和逆境应答过程中起着多样的作用而被广泛关注。为进一步进行桃NAC家族基因鉴定、功能分析等研究提供基础信息,采用生物信息学方法预测了桃NAC基因家族成员数目、在基因组骨架上分布、表达模式、假定蛋白质结构和亚族分类。预测结果显示桃NAC基因家族包含115个假定NAC蛋白质,被分为17个亚族,且与拟南芥中NAC家族基因具有一定的相似性;1个NAC基因分布在11号骨架上,其余分布在1~8号基因组骨架上;对一级结构的分析结果显示桃NAC家族蛋白质分子量和氨基酸数目成正相关,绝大多数是亲水氨基酸,各亚族间等电点没有规律;115个蛋白质的二级结构全部以无规则卷曲为主要构成元件,且它们的三级结构大部分相似。在果皮中表达的NAC家族基因数最多,达到75%;在花芽中表达的NAC家族基因数较少,为1%。The NAC family genes constitute one of the largest families of plant-specific transcription factors and are known to possess diverse roles in plant development and in the recognition of environmental stimuli.In order to offer basic information for further studies on the identification and function analysis of NAC family genes in peach,the number of members in NAC gene family,the distribution on the scaffold,the structure of protein,their expression pattern,as well as phylogeny classification were predicted.The results showed that NAC gene family contained 115 predicted proteins in peach and were clustered into seventeen subfamilies.This indicated there was certain similarity in NAC genes between Prunus persica and Arabidopsis thaliana.The results of scaffold distribution revealed that one NAC gene located on the number 11 scaffold,and the others located on scaffolds 1 to 8 of peach genome.The physico-chemical analysis revealed that their molecular weight had a positive correlation with the number of amino acid,and most of which are hydrophilic.There was no rule found about theoretical PI among the subfamilies of predicted NAC proteins in peach.The secondary structure of 115 predicted NAC proteins was mainly random coil,and the tertiary structure was similar.Among the 115 NAC genes in peach,the number expressed in the fruit mesocarp was the most,up to 75%,and only 1% in the flower bud.
