摘　　要：目的观察米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤终止未破裂型异位妊娠的效果。方法将80例未破裂型异位妊娠随机分成3组,均行药物杀胚保守治疗。A组30例应用米非司酮治疗,B组20例应用甲氨蝶呤治疗,C组30例应用甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗。观察3组终止妊娠效果及药物不良反应。结果 C组治愈率明显高于A组、B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);B组治愈率明显高于A组,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.01)。3组治愈者平均血β-HCG恢复正常时间、盆腔包块消失时间以及住院时间比较,C组均短于A、B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。3组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗未破裂型异位妊娠安全可靠,治愈率高。Objective To investigate the effects of Mifepristone with Methotrexate on terminating the unruptured ectopic pregnancy. Methods 80 cases of unruptured ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into 3 groups and given conservative drug treatment to kill the embryo. Group A had 30 cases of Mifepristone treatment. Group B had 20 cases of Methotrexate treat- ment. Group C had 30 cases, and 30 cases were treated with Methotrexate combined with Mifepristone. The three groups were observed for terminating the pregnancy effects and adverse drug reactions. Results The cure rate of group C was significantly higher than that of group A and group B, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; the cure rate of group B was significantly higher than that of group A, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01 ）. The recovery time of blood β-HCG, the extinction time of cavitas pelvis lump and length of hospital stay of group C was shorter when compared with that of group A and B, and the difference was significant significant （P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）. There was no statistically significance be- tween adverse rection rates of the 3 groups （P 〉0.05）. Conclusion Methotrexate combined with Mifepristone in treatment of unruptured ectopic pregnancy is safe and reliable with a satisfactory cure rate.
