中西医综合治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医综合治疗方法对膝骨性关节炎(KOA)患者的临床治疗效果。方法:将80例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为2组。治疗组50例,采用膝关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠,同时配合中药内服、静脉滴注鹿瓜多肽注射液治疗;对照组30例,采用膝关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗。结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于KOA早、中期患者,采用中西医综合治疗可以阻止病情发展,效果良好。Objective： To observe clinical effects of comprehensive treatment on knee osteoarthritis with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Method： Eighty patients were randomly allocated into two groups： 50 cases in treatment group received injection of sodium hyaluronate into knee cavity,intravenous drip of cervus and cucumis polypeptide injection as well as took Chinese herbs orally;30 cases of control group were only given with injection of sodium hyaluronate into knee cavity.Clinical effects of both groups were compared and analyzed.Result： Curative effect of treatment group was superior to that of control group with statistical meaning（P0.05）.Conclusion： Comprehensive treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine could prevent the condition from worsening with better effect and fewer adverse reactions for knee osteoarthritis at early and medium stages.
