穴位按压对产妇子宫缩复的影响

摘　　要：目的:评价按压神阙、气海等穴位对产妇子宫缩复状况的影响。方法:将调查对象随机分为2组,经穴组247例产后应用穴位按压,对照组286例产后常规方式休养。评价2组产妇子宫缩复、恶露量的变化,并判定疗效。结果:经穴组和对照组宫体高度有显著性差异(P<0.01);2组产妇不同时间恶露变化有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:穴位按压可促进子宫收缩,加速恶露排除。Objective： To assess the puerperants＇ uterine contraction through pressing ShenQue（CV8）,QiHai（CV6） and others.Method： Patients were randomly allocated into two groups.247 cases in treatment group were applied with acupoint compression while the patients in control group were administered with conventional recovery after delivery.Uterine contraction and amounts of lochia were evaluated to judge curative efficacy.Result： Comparison of uterine height showed remarkable difference（P0.01）;Comparisons of lochia for two groups indicated remarkable difference（P0.01）.Conclusion： acupoint compression can promote uterine contraction and discharge of lochia,which demonstrates that TCM technique is simple,convenient.
