猫内囊组织间液经纤维束间隙向脑室的引流

摘  要:目的:探讨生理状态下猫内囊组织间隙在纤维束间隙内的引流方向。方法:将 5ul印度墨汁0.4 ul/min的速度立体定位地注射于猫内囊.在脑切面、2 mm透明脑薄片及石蜡切片上对碳颗粒的扩散和引流途径予以观察。结果:脑切面及透明后的脑薄片显示,墨汁在三个平面上均沿白质扩散;脑室外侧壁轻微黑染.光镜下,墨汁从脑内注射点沿白质纤维网向脑室方向扩散。脑室管膜下,碳颗粒成簇呈线状排列.结论:猫内囊组织间液经纤维束间隙弥散到脑室管膜下区,由此可能引流入脑室。To explore physiological spread orientation of the interstitial fluid through fiber tracts in cat internal capsule, 5 ul indian ink was stereoly injected at a speed of 0. 4 ul/min into the internal capsule of adult cats. The spread orientation of the carbon particles were surveyed by naked-eye on surface of brain aspects in 2 mm slices of brain, and in paraffin sections by light microscope. The results were as follows: Ink was seen spreading in white substance on 3 planes after dissecting the cerebral hemisphere open. The wall of the brain ventricles blackened slightly. By light microscope, ink was seen spreading through the spaces between fiber tracts from the injection site to ventricles. Under ependymal layer, clusters of carbon particles lined the ependyma. The results suggest that the interstitial fluid from cat internal capsule could spread diffusly to subependymal area through the spaces between fiber tracts, from here it might drain into ventricles. Macroglias and macrophages have phagocytosis to carbon particles.
