影响男医学生妇产科实习的因素及对策

摘　　要：影响男医学生在妇产科实习的因素来自学生自身方面、患者方面、带教老师方面及社会方面。分析男医学生在妇产科临床实践过程中遇到的常见医学伦理学问题,提出应加强男医学生实习前教育,包括实习观念、职业素养、医学伦理教育;针对患者不配合的现状,男实习生应从自身入手,加强学习,以良好的技术、优质的服务赢得患者的信任;带教老师要强化伦理意识和人文精神,以身作则,重视妇产科带教工作;通过媒体宣传、健康教育等形式,逐渐改变社会对妇产科男医学生的认识误区。Influence factors for the male medical students＇ practice in Gynecology and Obstetrics come from students themselves, patients, teachers and society. Based on the analysis on common medical ethics problems of male medical students＇ Gynecology and Obstetrics clinical practice, this paper proposed that should strengthen the medical education to male students before the practice education, including the practice conception, professional qualities, medical ethics education ; when facing the situation of the patients dont cooperate, male students should improve himself, strengthen learning, earn the patient＇s trust by good technology and high quality service; the teachers should strengthen the ethical consciousness and humanistic spirit, sets as an example, pay attention to take to teaching in Obstetrics and Gynecology ; through the media publicity, health education and other forms, gradually changing the misunderstanding for male medical students in Gynecology and Obstetrics.
