摘 要:目的考察医疗纠纷发生前期的精确处置与化解策略,焦点集中在对医疗服务补救策略的释义进行方法学及必然性和意义的探究上。方法从医师角度将医疗服务补救策略实施方法加以分类,五种展开方式及人文特征:权责逻辑;利益与伤害伦理逻辑;经济与交易逻辑;技术权威;回避与机遇展示。结果展示方法在人文影响方面各具优劣,反应了责任、消费、效果、争议的各个视角,并以伦理公平加以讨论。结论医疗实践过程需要与时代政治经济状况相适应的核心价值观念重塑。Objective:To explore the accurate disposal and strategy for the earlier period medical service dispute, focus on the methodology, necessity and the significance of the medical service redressing strategies. Method : From the view of doctors, the medical service redressing strategies were classified into five, namely, the power and responsibility logic ; benefit and injury ethics logic ; economy and transaction logic ; technical authority; evasion and opportunity demonstration. Results:The demonstration method in humanities influence aspect each fit and unfit quality, responded the responsibility, the expense, the effect, dispute each angle of view, and fair discusses by ethics. Conclusion:The medical service practice process needs the core value idea which adapts with the time politics financial circumstance to remold.
