摘　　要：以美国卡莱轮胎公司为例，针对传统生产计划安排中存在的问题，提出了用MCR（Mixing CompletionRate，混合完成率）控制表对生产计划进行控制。实践证明，将此控制工具应用到卡莱轮胎公司中，成功的降低了企业库存，加速了企业资金流动，充分表明了该控制工具在企业中具有良好的应用性。In study with plan. the The United States of America Carlisle tire company as a case traditional production scheduling problems, and then realized MCR （Mixing Completion Rate） control table control of the production Practice, this control tools applied to the Carlisle Tire Company,the success of the enterprise to reduce inventory, speed up the flow of corporate funds, has fully demonstrated that the control tools in the enterprise has a good applicability.
