摘 要:目的探讨肥大细胞(MCs)在雏鸡发育中的作用。方法剖取1-7日龄雏鸡消化器官采用Carony’s液固定,阿尔新兰染色-藏红O复染(AB/SO)并对其肥大细胞的形态、分布及数量变化进行观察分析。结果消化器官中MC密集分布于腺胃固有层和胃腺周围,肠的固有层、黏膜下层,肝脏窦状隙和中央静脉周围;1-7日龄雏鸡消化器官MC数量均呈上升趋势。结论消化器官的MC数量的增加与其发育密切相关,可能对器官组织的发育起着一定的促进作用。Objective In order to investigate the function of Mast cells(MCs) in digestive organ development of different day-old chickens.Methods The digestive organs of chickens aged 1d to 7d were collected,fixed with Carnoy's solution,and stained by alcian blue-safrianin O(AB/SO).The appearance,distribution and number of MCs were observed and analyzed.Results MCs were distributed in the lamina propria and compound tubular gland in stomach and in the lamina propria,sub mucosa of intestine;More MCs in liver appeared around sinusoids and the central vein.The number of MCs in primary digestive organs tended to increase during 1-7d period.Conclusion The number of MCs in the digestive organs is closely related to the development of organs and tissues,because it probably plays a certain promoting role in development.
