摘　　要：摘要:股骨远端骨折多为粉碎性、不稳定骨折,是较难治的骨折之一。随着手术技术的提高和内固定材料的研发,手术治疗效果已有大幅度的提高,功能恢复也越来越好,本文对各种内固定手术治疗股骨远端骨折的优缺点进行综述。Most of distal femoral fractures are comminuted and unstable,the fracture is difficult to cure.With the improvement of surgical techniques and the development of internal fixation materials,surgical therapeutic effects had been greatly promoted,functional recovery were getting better.The advantages and disadvantages of multiply fixation surgery of distal femoral fractures were reviewed in this article.
