摘　　要：抗菌肽作为由多种生物体可分离出来的,固有免疫系统的重要组成部分,可通过作用于细胞膜蛋白、胞内结构、细胞壁及线粒体等机制达到广谱抗菌、抗真菌、抗病毒及抗肿瘤作用。因其独特的作用机制以及高效、广泛的抗菌作用,现已广泛应用于临床、食品工业、水产养殖业以及农业等领域,成为当前研究的热点。As an important component of our inherent immune system,antimicrobial peptides can be separated by most of the species.The peptides are toxic against a broad spectrum of bacteria,fungus,viruses and even neoplasm by the mechanisms of attach to and insert into the cell membrane,cell walls or bind to cellular respiration,which are special and high-efficiency,so that we presented an overview of properties and applications of antimicrobial peptides and the peptides have been a primary focus of new drug research worldwide.
