摘 要:为了弄清Shell粉煤气化炉中镇雄煤灰渣的析铁现象,文章运用XRD、SEM-EDX技术,对比分析了不同浓度CO/N2气氛中高温淬冷灰渣的矿物组成、表观形貌及微区化学组成。结果表明:高温高浓度CO气氛中,镇雄煤灰渣矿物转变过程中会出现析铁现象;镇雄煤灰渣矿物转变前期伴有明显的富硫现象,且硫元素含量的增加进一步促进了镇雄煤灰渣中铁元素的富集,产生的中间产物(Fe-S-O)melt在镇雄煤灰渣矿物转变后期加剧了Fe元素的富集,并最终演变成单质铁。In order to make clear the ferrite eutectoid of Zhenxiong coal in Shell gasifier,mineral composition,surface morphologics and micro-chemical composition were analysed by XRD and SEM-EDX compared the slags that were quenched at high temperature under different gas concentration of CO/N2.The results showed that the ferrite eutectoid of Zhenxiong coal occured in the course of mineral transition of slags in high temperature and high concentration of CO.At the previous stage of the slag mineral transition,the sulfur-enriched phenomenon obviously happened.The increase of the content of sulfur elements further promoted the enrichment of Fe and formed intermediate reaction product(Fe-S-O)melt which exacerbated the enrichment of Fe at later stage of the slag mineral transition and eventually evolved into iron.
