摘 要:为了扩大高炉喷吹用煤煤源,降低高炉喷吹用煤成本,本试验探索用廉价的焦化除尘灰代替部分无烟煤用于高炉喷吹的可行性。采用热重分析法对混合煤粉燃烧性进行了研究,考察了其着火温度、最大燃烧失重速率和燃尽温度等燃烧特征参数。计算了混合煤粉的综合燃烧特性指数,进而评价各混合煤粉的综合燃烧性能。初步研究表明:高炉喷吹用煤中配入适当比例的焦化除尘灰,对高炉喷吹用煤的反应性影响不大。在焦化除尘灰的配比小于5%的条件下用作高炉喷吹是可行的。In order to expand source of coal used in pulverized coal injection(PCI coal) and reduce the cost of PCI coal,the feasibility to use the cheap coking fly ash instead of a part of anthracite for blast furnace injection was explored in the test.The combustibility of PCI coal were studied by thermogravimetric analysis,combustion characteristics of them were analyzed such as ignition temperature,maximum mass loss rate of combustion and burn out temperature.The combustion characteristics index of PCI coal were calculated,in order to evaluate the comprehensive combustion of PCI coal.Preliminary studies indicate that: coal injection in blast furnace with the appropriate proportion of coking fly ash on the combustibility of PCI coal has little effect.It is feasible that coking fly ash is used in pulverized coal injection if the ratio of coking fly ash is less than 5 %.
