摘　　要：通过1H-1H COSY、HSQC和HMBC等2D NMR技术对3-三氟甲基-4-[(4-甲基哌嗪-1-基)甲基]苯胺的1H NMR和13C NMR谱进行了全归属,给出了相应的耦合常数。An intermediate compound which may have potential pharmaceutical applications,3-（trifluoromethyl）-4-[（4-methylpiperazin-1-yl）methyl]benzenamine,was synthesized in our laboratory.In this paper,the 1H and 13C NMR signals of this compound were assigned completely using 2D NMR techniques such as 1H-1H COSY,HSQC and HMBC techniques.The corresponding coupling constants of the compound were also given out.
