摘　　要：为完善我国桥梁养护技术,文章对美国长期桥梁性能计划的总体情况进行介绍,并结合我国桥梁科研状况,通过比较分析,从美国LTBP计划中提炼了一些启示,建议可有针对性地设立一些长期跟踪研究项目,广泛开展合作研究。In order to improve bridge maintenance technology in China,this paper introduces the general status of the long term bridge program（LTBP）.Considering the conditions of our domestic bridge research,this paper compares and analyzes the Sino-American conditions,and finally generalizes some inspirations from the LTBP program.Setting up some long-term tracking research project pertinently and developping extensive cooperation research are suggested.
