当代大学生就业观的偏差及其纠正

摘　　要：就业观上的误区是造成大学生就业问题的一个重要因素。社会主义市场经济的快速发展、就业体制的改革、构建社会主义和谐社会强烈吁求大学生树立正确的就业观。在当代大学生中,存在不切实际、就业期望值理想化,缺乏自身定位、突出自我,缺乏就业准备,消极等待等就业观上的偏差。基于此,大学生要降低就业期望值、建立正确的就业态度、培养职业修养、具备创业精神,Misunderstanding in getting employment is one of the factors for difficulties in hunting jobs.The market economy development,the construction of a harmonious socialist country,and employment system reform require students to change their concepts in finding a job.Nowadays,students ＇ expectation in finding a job is too high,and their dream is in the air.They can not find their own correct position,only thinking about their own side,and they have no enough preparation,waiting for the job aimlessly.Students must lower their expectation, building up their correct attitude towards finding job,nurture their own professional ethic and enterprising spirit,so as to realize their life value and ideology.
