摘　　要：高校毕业生就业关系到学生的前途、高校的发展和社会的稳定。职业指导是促进高校毕业生就业的关键所在,也是新时期高校发展的重要任务。本文针对目前高校毕业生职业指导现状和存在问题及其成因进行探索和分析,提出进一步促进高校毕业生职业指导的措施和对策,以此实现高校毕业生就业的目标,确保全社会的和谐稳定。The employment of college graduates related to the student＇s future, the development of colleges and universities, and social stability. The vocational guidance is the key to promote employment of college graduates, is also the important task of the development of universities in the new period. Exploration and analysis of the current situation, existing problems and their causes on the vocational guidance of college students’ employment can help to propose further measures and countermeasures on this problem. Then, we can achieve the goal of employment of college graduates to ensure social harmony and stability as a whole.
