摘　　要：汶川大地震使人们进一步认识了多层房屋结构的受力特性,也明确了多层房屋结构优化的方向。针对多层砌体结构房屋和框架结构房屋的特点,提出了砌体结构房屋的条形毛石基础优化方案和砌体结构房屋外墙(寒冷严寒地区)的优化方案;提出了框架结构优化方案和预制空心板楼板应用的优化方案。阐述了多层房屋结构优化创新的意义。Wenchuan earthquake enables us to further understand the mechanical characteristics of the multi-storey housing and make clear the direction of the structural optimization. According to the multi-storey masonry structure and the frame building, four optimization schemes had been proposed, which are the strip rubble foundation and wall （in cold region） of the masonry structure, the frame structure optimization and the application of pre-cast hollow board. The significant meaning of the multi-storey housing optimization had been described.
