摘　　要：市政规划先行,并融入生态设计的理念和策略,是节约能源、资源,建设生态城市的有效途径。本文以我国西北部某镇总规阶段的市政规划为例,阐述了生态设计理念和策略在交通规划、资源规划、能源规划、废弃物处理规划等方面的应用。The municipal services program in advance, and integrate into the principle and strategy ofeco-design, is to economize energy and resources, is the effective path of ecosystem city constuetion.This text takes the municipal services programming of one town in the northwest as an example and elaborated eco-design application in transportation plan, resources plan, energyplan, and wastes processing plan,etc.
