自拟益气活血方治疗糖尿病肾病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察益气活血中药治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法将我科100例糖尿病肾病患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组各50例。对照组在降糖、降脂基础上,口服依那普利10mg/d;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用益气活血方(黄芪、丹参、制大黄、川芎、生山药、天花粉、苍术、五味子)加减治疗。疗程为8周,观察用药前后患者症状变化,尿蛋白排泄率(UAE)、血糖变化。结果试验组较对照组总有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后,尿蛋白均明显减少,血脂下降,治疗组优于对照组。结论益气活血方对改善本病的临床症状和调整糖脂代谢、减少蛋白尿均有显著作用,并可延缓和防止糖尿病肾病的发展。Objective To evaluate the effects of Yiqihuoxue herb on the diabetic renal disease.Methods One hundred diabetic patients with nephropathy in our hospital were enrolled.All patients were randomly divided into treatment group（22 males and 28 females）and control group（24 males and 26 females）.Patients in control group took enalapril table（10 mg/d） for 8 weeks while patients in treatment group took Astragalus Membranaceus,Danshen,Rheum officeinale,Yam,Trichosanthes root,Atractylis Atractylis ovata and shizandra in addition to enalapril tablet.UAE,serum FBG level were measured at the experiment onset and 8 weeks later.Results Compared to experiment onset,there was significant difference in the total effective rate between experimental group and control group（P0.05）.Urine protein and blood lipid level were obviously decreased.Conclusion Yiqihuoxue herb can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with diabetic renal disease,adjust their abnormal glucolipid metabolism,and reduce urine protein level.They can delay diabetic nephropathy progression significantly.
