摘  要:目的探讨不同严重程度稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者诱导痰中细胞因子白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的表达。方法分别纳入健康吸烟成人90例、稳定期COPD患者100例为研究对象。采用放射免疫法测定诱导痰中细胞因子IL-8、IL-1β、TNF-α水平。结果稳定期COPD患者诱导痰中IL-8、IL-1β、TNF—α均显著高于健康吸烟成人组(P=0.000)。稳定期COPD患者诱导痰中三种细胞因子水平与肺功能呈负相关(r=-0.678,-0.752,-0.615,均P〈0.05)。结论IL-1β、IL-8、TNF-α均参与了COPD的发生和发展过程,其水平可能是COPD严重程度的一个炎性标志。Objective To evaluate the expression of interleukin-1β ( IL-1β ) ; interlenkin-8 ( IL-8 ) ; tumor necrosis factor-a, (TNF-α) in induced sputum in different stages of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and heath smoking controls. Methods 90 healthy smoking controls and 100 stable COPD patients were enrolled. The levels of IL-1β, IL-8 and TNF-α in induced sputum were detected by radioimmunoassay. Results The levels of IL-1β,IL-8 and TNF-α in stable COPD patients were much higher than those in healthy smoking controls (P = 0.000 ). There are an inverse correlation between FEV1 and levels of IL-1β, IL-8 and TNF-α in induced sputum (r= -0.678, -0.752, -0.615,all P〈0.05). Conclusion IL-1β,IL-8 and TNF-α may play important roles in the mechanism of airway inflammation in stable COPD. The levels of IL-1β, IL-8 and TNF-α in induced sputum may be a marke of severity of airway inflammation in stable COPD.
