摘 要:针对我国造船企业效益低下的问题,提出了应用JIT生产方式提高造船企业生产管理水平。结合船舶建造流程的特点,分析了限制造船企业应用JIT生产方式的原因。在此基础上,运用成组技术构建了单一流水线,根据流水线负荷,均衡流水线生产节拍,运用看板管理促进拉式生产的实现。最后,结合某造船企业进行案例分析,表明该流程的可行性及有效性。JIT production method was proposed to improve shipbuilding production management level aimed at the low efficiency of Chinese shipbuilding companies.Combined with the characteristics of ship construction process,the reasons that restrict shipbuilding enterprise implicating JIT production method was analyzed.Based on that,group technology was used to build up a single production assembly line;the line production cycle was balanced according to the load of the production line and Kanban management way was used to promote the implementation of pull system.Finally,combined with a shipbuilding factory,a case analysis was used to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the process.
